Eligibility Criteria
- XII (Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Biotechnology / Biology / Vocational Science) with 45% (Gen) & 40% for SC, ST & OBC
Documents Required
Applicants must submit the following self-attested documents at the time of admission:
- 10th and 12th Mark Sheets
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (for M.P domicile candidates)
- Domicile issued by competent authority (for M.P domicile candidates)
- Original T.C
- Original Migration
- 04 recent colored passport size photograph.
- Adhar Card
- Samagra ID/Rashan Card
- Income Certificate
- Bank Passbook
- First Year Fee : Fee to be charged as per AFRC, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
Admission Process
Admission to B.Pharm & B.Pharm & D. Pharm course is done through Centralized Admission Process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Madhyapradesh State every year, the notification of which is published in all leading news papers.

Oriental Institute of pharmacy emphasizes values like respect, punctuality, and responsibility. Students are expected to maintain minimum attendance, participate actively in academics, and adhere to the discipline policies of the college. Any act of misconduct, misinformation, or false document submission will lead to cancellation of admission without refund.
